CASE STUDY 1 - SOFTWARE
A software company approached us to produce an animated film that would explain the customer journey of a new online booking system. Our first step was to define the customer journey in its entirety so we would understand every element of what was
needed. Then we set out to develop a script that would explain it for an engaging customer experience. We also did a voice over and recorded this first to set the pace of the animation.
Storyboards were developed from initial character designs and the whole process took just over 2 weeks to complete. The video was embedded onto the website homepage for customers to see and showed what the booking system could do and how it helped customers.
CASE STUDY 2 - BIOCONVERSION OF FOOD WASTE
InsPro Ltd is a UK company that specialises in the bioconversion of food waste. We were briefed with producing a crowdfunding video for the company would help in securing the next investment, so the company could significantly grow.
We started with a set of questions that could be asked in the video, to get the best answers to what the company was doing, why the company was investing in new technologies and how they would help with bioconversion and the environment.
We filmed both parts of the video in two different locations, one down south and anotherin Manchester, spread out over the month. Two different videos were edited from the content and we also produced a series of FAQ videos that the client could choose to show investors.
